Sanjeewa Wijesinghe

With over 24 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and financial consultancy, I bring a wealth of knowledge in business development, strategic marketing, and investment solutions. As the Director project finance and investment of Grace, I play a key role in investment advisory services and actively searching for global investors to fund promising local ventures.

- LIMRA IQA (International Quality Award) Winner – Recognized for maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism in the insurance industry.
- Former Group Director Marketing at Senova Group of Companies (2003-2016) – Senova was established as a software solutions provider for Sanasa banks, cooperative banks, Sarvodaya societies, and microfinance organizations, introducing banking and finance software solutions to help these institutions upgrade their business operations. During my tenure, Senova initiated 1,280 new projects across 18 districts in Sri Lanka, supporting the digital transformation of the financial sector.

Erandi Wickramarachchi

Erandi Wickramarachchi is a C- Suit finance professional with over 20 years of experience in various sectors and industries . She is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CIC Holdings PLC, a leading conglomerate in Sri Lanka. She was the Director Finance / Group CFO of Fairway Group, a diversified business group with interests in

Prior to joining CIC Holdings, Erandi was the Group CFO and Executive Vice President of Walker CML Group, a leading engineering and construction company in Sri Lanka. She also served as the Group CFO of Softlogic Holdings PLC, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in the country, with businesses in

She was also a director of several subsidiaries of Softlogic, including Softlogic Capital PLC, Softlogic Communications, Softlogic Corporate Services, Softlogic BPO Services, and Ceysands Resorts. And Erandi was an instrumental to attract foreign investment to set up Generation Next Communication in Sri Lanka.
Holds a special degree in Accountancy and Financial Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA). She also holds an MBA from the University of Cardiff Metropolitan and has several professional qualifications, including Fellow Member of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA) of Australia, Associate Member of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) of UK, and Associate Member of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of UK.
